This clown is a specialty wooden rocking and balancing figure.  It features a carved wooden clown figure that rocks or balances on a curved wire or ball apparatus, powered by a hidden electromagnetic pulse generator built into the base.  An AAA battery is inserted there, and the figure can swing merrily for weeks without interruption.
