Shipment & Delivery
At MyEstuff.com, we understand how important it is that your packages arrive promptly. We ship within 1-3 business days of when you place your order. We ship via all major mail carriers, including FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.
We will ship merchandise to any location within the 50 states of United States and the District of Columbia. We use the U.S. Postal Service to make deliveries to FPO, APO or PO Boxes. Please contact Customer Service for all international orders.
The total delivery time equals the shipping time plus transit time. Shipping time is the number of days it takes to process and ship the order. Orders that are shipped directly from our distribution center, normally ship in 1 business day (excludes weekends and holidays). PO Box Shipping
We can ship most items to a PO Box. If you place an order with a PO Box ship-to address, we will attempt to ship all items using the United States Postal Service. If any items within your order can not be shipped using the United States Postal Service, you will be asked to provide a physical address for shipping.
APO/FPO Shipping
We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 5-10 business days of the day you order. The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/FPO destination.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping
Shipping costs to Alaska or Hawaii vary based on the exact destination, the weight and dimensions of the package(s), and the shipping method. Most items less than 150 pounds can be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. Carrier restrictions prevent some items from being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. Please contact Customer Service for more information and shipping charges.
International Shipping
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including: the desired service level; the types and quantity of items you are purchasing; the total weight of the items and the destination country postal code. Some products may not be eligible for international shipping. Please contact Customer Service for more information and shipping charges.
USPS Delivery Information
US Postal Service shipped items show a Delivery Confirmation number only. A Delivery Confirmation number does not provide tracking or tracing of mail items, it provides you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time. It may also include other delivery status (e.g., attempted, forwarded or returned to sender). Delivery Confirmation does provide acceptance scans when we hand the item to the Post Office. If an acceptance scan appears for several days it simply means the item is enroute and a delivery attempt has not yet been made. Delivery Confirmation does not include tracking of the package enroute. Since delivery confirmation does not include tracking we are not able to tell you where the item is or when it will be delivered. If you have been waiting over fifteen business days (three weeks) for your order, and have still not received it, please contact our customer service.

Return Policy
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Any gift item shipped to you from MyEstuff.com may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future order.
We will accept product returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. For returns, MyEstuff.com will refund the original product price paid plus sales tax (if applicable). The original shipping charges paid will not be refunded. After the 30 days our return and exchange period has ended and we will only replace or repair your purchase against manufacturer's defects. Please follow these instructions:
Step one - Obtain a Return Authorization number To return or exchange a product, send an e-mail to us online and request a Return Authorization number (R.A.#). This number is required for all returns and exchanges.
Step two - Prepare package for shipment Place the product in its original packaging. Be sure to include all items originally in the product box, including the packing slip. On the outside of the package, in bold letters, write your Return Authorization number.
Step three - Send the package Arrange for shipment to MyEstuff.com, shipping charges prepaid, with a shipping carrier of your choice. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the parcel against loss and damage. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for shipping cost or damage liabilities of merchandise that occur during the return process. Collect shipments will be refused.

If you return a product outside this process, your credit or exchange may be delayed pending proof of delivery to our warehouse and you assume all risk of loss of package.
