Your home, vacation property or business is a valuable asset you shouldn’t have to worry about while you’re away. Bad weather, power loss, faulty heating or air conditioning can cause significant damage to your home or business.

This Alarm will call up to three phone numbers and alert you of a drop (or rise) in temperature, a power failure or if the back-up battery requires replacing. The Quick Status Check feature allows you to check the current temperature, power and battery status all within a quick 15 second phone call. Voice prompts allow for easy on-site or remote programming options.

This model has a number of features that make it easy to use with answering machines and voice mail. The power monitoring feature can be adjusted to avoid alarm calls for short power failures if desired.
