This FreezeAlarm offers an affordable solution, assuring you peace of mind while you’re away. The FreezeAlarm automatically calls out to one telephone number when the temperature drops below 45°F. It gives the person answering the call a pre-recorded voice message indicating there is a temperature emergency at the monitored location. Protect property from the damage caused by frozen, burst pipes. Use the FreezeAlarm to alert you by phone of a drop in temperature in your home while you’re away. Rising temperatures can cause just as much damage as falling temperatures. The HeatAlarm alerts you if the air conditioning fails, if the power goes out or if your refrigerator or freezer has quit working. It will even record the alarm message on your answering machine or voice mail. This unit will continue to call your programmed number until someone calls back to tell the FreezeAlarm to stop calling. It works on an existing, standard, single telephone line. It will not interfere with your existing telephone service in any way. It requires that you to have Touch Tone phone service at your monitored location.
